Tendami Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Tendami hesap istemez, reklam göstermez, sizi izlemez ve verilerinizi okuyamayacağımız şekilde saklar. İlaçlarınız, doz kayıtlarınız ve ölçümleriniz kendi iPhone’unuzda, şifreli olarak durur. Aile paylaşımını açarsanız paylaştıklarınız uçtan uca şifreli olarak sunucumuzdan geçer; biz içeriğini göremeyiz.

1. Hangi bilgiler, nerede?

Girdiğiniz bilgiler: ilaçlar, doz saatleri ve kayıtları, ölçümler (tansiyon, nabız, kan şekeri, kilo, ateş, oksijen), belirti günlüğü, randevular, acil durum kartı, ilaç fotoğrafları, eklediğiniz kişiler (ör. “Annem”) ve ayarlar.
Bunlar yalnızca telefonunuzdaki uygulama klasöründe, şifreli bir veritabanında durur. Şifre anahtarı iPhone’un Anahtar Zinciri’ndedir.
Aile paylaşımını açmadığınız sürece bu bilgiler telefondan çıkmaz; bize ya da başka bir şirkete gönderilmez. Aile paylaşımı için 5a’ya bakın.

2. Toplamadıklarımız

Hesap, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, rehber, reklam kimliği ve kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz. Uygulamada reklam, izleme ya da analiz aracı yoktur.

3. Apple Sağlık (HealthKit)

Yalnızca siz açarsanız ve iPhone’un izin penceresinde izin verirseniz çalışır.
Yazma: Tendami’de girdiğiniz tansiyon, nabız, kan şekeri, kilo, ateş ve oksijen ölçümleri Apple Sağlık’a yazılır.
Okuma: tansiyon aleti, tartı gibi cihazların Apple Sağlık’a yazdığı bu türdeki ölçümler Tendami’ye eklenir.
İlaçlarınız ve doz kayıtlarınız Apple Sağlık’a gönderilmez.
Apple Sağlık’tan okunan veriler reklam, pazarlama ya da başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz ve iCloud’a ayrıca yüklenmez. Yalnızca siz aile paylaşımında ölçümleri paylaşmayı seçerseniz, davet ettiğiniz kişiye uçtan uca şifreli olarak gider (bkz. 5a); başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Bunun dışında yalnızca telefonunuzdaki ölçüm geçmişinizi göstermek için kullanılır.
İzinleri istediğiniz zaman Sağlık uygulamasında değiştirebilirsiniz.

4. Telefonun kendi özellikleri

Bildirimler ve alarmlar: ilaç hatırlatmaları telefonun içinde kurulur; bir sunucudan gelmez. Yalnızca aile paylaşımında takip ettiğiniz kişi bir dozu kaydetmezse, sunucu Apple’ın bildirim servisi üzerinden size ilaç ya da kişi adı içermeyen bir uyarı gönderir.
Siri, widget ve Apple Watch: bugünün doz özeti yalnızca telefonunuzda, widget ve Siri’nin okuyabileceği ortak alanda tutulur. Eşlenmiş Apple Watch’unuza Apple’ın cihazdan cihaza bağlantısıyla gönderilir. İsterseniz Ayarlar’daki “Kilit ekranında ilaç adını gizle” ile ilaç adlarını gizleyebilirsiniz.
Kamera ve fotoğraflar: yalnızca ilaç kutusunun fotoğrafını eklemek için, sizin izninizle kullanılır; fotoğraf telefonda kalır.

5. Yedekler ve paylaşım

iPhone’unuzun iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeği, Apple’ın yedekleme sistemi aracılığıyla uygulama verisini içerebilir. Ayarlar’daki “Yeni iPhone’a yedekle birlikte taşı” anahtarını kapatırsanız şifre anahtarı yedeğe girmez ve telefondan çıkmaz.
“Şifreli yedek al”, doktor raporu ve dışa aktarma dosyaları yalnızca siz paylaşırsanız ve sizin seçtiğiniz yere (ör. e-posta, WhatsApp) gider. Yedek dosyası sizin belirlediğiniz parolayla şifrelenir.
Hata kaydı telefonda kalır; yalnızca siz “paylaş” derseniz gönderilir.
Tendami Plus satın alımı ve aboneliği tamamen Apple (App Store) üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz; uygulama yalnızca Apple’ın telefonda doğruladığı “Plus açık mı, ne zaman yenilenir” bilgisini okur.

5a. Aile paylaşımı (isteğe bağlı)

Siz açıp bir davet bağlantısı göndermedikçe çalışmaz. Davet bağlantısının gizli kısmı adresin “#” işaretinden sonrasındadır ve sunucumuza hiç ulaşmaz.
Paylaştığınız ilaç, doz ve ölçüm kayıtları telefonunuzda şifrelenir; anahtarlar yalnızca sizin ve davet ettiğiniz kişilerin telefonlarındadır. Sunucumuz bu içeriği okuyamaz.
Sunucuda şifresiz duranlar yalnızca şunlardır: her dozun saati ve durumu (bekliyor, alındı, atlandı…) — kaçırılan doz uyarısı için; takip eden kişinin kendi yazdığı görünen adı; cihazın rastgele imza anahtarı; bildirim adresi (Apple cihaz jetonu), saat dilimi, dil ve sessiz saatler. İlaç adı, doz miktarı ve ölçüm değerleri sunucuda hiçbir zaman şifresiz durmaz.
Hesap, e-posta ya da telefon numarası istenmez. Sunucu IP adreslerini ya da istek içeriklerini günlüğe yazmaz.
Sunucu Almanya’dadır (Hetzner, AB). Veritabanının şifreli içerikli yedekleri 14 gün tutulup silinir.
Paylaşan kişi “Paylaşımı bitir” dediğinde paylaşılan bütün kayıtlar sunucudan hemen silinir. Takip eden kişi “Takibi bırak” dediğinde ya da erişimi kaldırıldığında artık hiçbir şey göremez ve bildirim almaz.

6. Verilerinizi silmek

Ayarlar → “Bütün verileri sil” ile her şeyi silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek de telefondaki bütün Tendami verisini siler. Apple Sağlık’a yazılmış ölçümler Sağlık uygulamasından silinebilir.

7. Çocuklar

Tendami çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir yetişkin, bakımını üstlendiği bir çocuğun ilaçlarını takip edebilir; bu bilgiler de yalnızca o yetişkinin telefonunda kalır.

8. Tıbbi uyarı

Tendami bir hatırlatma ve kayıt aracıdır; tanı koymaz, doz önermez ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. İlaçlarınızla ilgili kararlar için doktorunuza ya da eczacınıza danışın.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Tendami Privacy Policy

In short: Tendami needs no account, shows no ads, does not track you and stores your data in a way we cannot read. Your medicines, dose records and readings stay on your own iPhone, encrypted. If you turn on family sharing, what you share passes through our server end-to-end encrypted; we cannot see its content.

1. What information, and where?

What you enter: medicines, dose times and records, readings (blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, weight, temperature, oxygen), symptom journal, appointments, emergency card, medicine photos, people you add (e.g. “Mum”) and settings.
It is kept only in the app’s folder on your phone, in an encrypted database. The encryption key is in the iPhone Keychain.
Unless you turn on family sharing, this information never leaves the phone and is not sent to us or to any other company. For family sharing, see 5a.

2. What we do not collect

No account, email, phone number, location, contacts, advertising identifier or usage statistics. The app contains no advertising, tracking or analytics tools.

3. Apple Health (HealthKit)

It works only if you turn it on and allow it in the iPhone permission window.
Writing: blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, weight, temperature and oxygen readings you enter in Tendami are saved to Apple Health.
Reading: readings of these types that devices such as blood pressure monitors and scales save to Apple Health are added to Tendami.
Your medicines and dose records are not sent to Apple Health.
Data read from Apple Health is never used for advertising, marketing or any other purpose and is not separately uploaded to iCloud. Only if you choose to share readings in family sharing does it go, end-to-end encrypted, to the person you invited (see 5a); it is shared with no one else. Otherwise it is used only to show your reading history on your phone.
You can change the permissions at any time in the Health app.

4. Built-in iPhone features

Notifications and alarms: medicine reminders are scheduled on the phone itself; nothing comes from a server. Only in family sharing, if the person you follow does not record a dose, the server sends you an alert through Apple’s notification service that contains no medicine or person name.
Siri, widget and Apple Watch: today’s dose summary is kept only on your phone, in the shared area that the widget and Siri can read. It is sent to your paired Apple Watch over Apple’s device-to-device connection. You can hide medicine names with “Hide medication names on the lock screen” in Settings.
Camera and photos are used only, with your permission, to add a photo of the medicine box; the photo stays on the phone.

5. Backups and sharing

Your iPhone’s iCloud or computer backup may include app data through Apple’s backup system. If you turn off “Move my data to a new iPhone with my backup” in Settings, the encryption key is kept out of backups and never leaves the phone.
“Make an encrypted backup”, the doctor report and export files go only where you choose to share them (e.g. email, WhatsApp). The backup file is encrypted with a password you set.
The error log stays on the phone and is sent only if you tap “share”.
Tendami Plus purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We never see your payment details; the app only reads what Apple verifies on the phone: whether Plus is on and when it renews.

5a. Family sharing (optional)

It works only if you turn it on and send an invite link. The secret part of the invite link sits after the “#” in the address and never reaches our server.
The medicine, dose and reading records you share are encrypted on your phone; the keys exist only on your phone and the phones of the people you invite. Our server cannot read this content.
The only things stored unencrypted on the server are: each dose’s time and status (pending, taken, skipped…) — for the missed-dose alert; the display name the follower types for themselves; the device’s random signing key; the notification address (Apple device token), time zone, language and quiet hours. Medicine names, dose amounts and reading values are never stored unencrypted on the server.
No account, email or phone number is required. The server does not log IP addresses or request contents.
The server is in Germany (Hetzner, EU). Backups of the database, whose content stays encrypted, are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
When the person sharing taps “Stop sharing”, all shared records are deleted from the server immediately. When a follower taps “Stop following” or their access is removed, they can no longer see anything or receive alerts.

6. Deleting your data

Settings → “Delete all data” removes everything. Deleting the app also removes all Tendami data from the phone. Readings saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

7. Children

Tendami is not directed at children. An adult may track the medicines of a child in their care; that information also stays only on the adult’s phone.

8. Medical notice

Tendami is a reminder and record-keeping tool; it does not diagnose, suggest doses or give medical advice. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about decisions on your medicines.

9. Changes and contact
